Living Freely in Balance and Harmony

Balance allows you to be present for your day, to feel quiet inside so you can respond fully to what is happening and can appreciate what is happening.
When you want to increase balance and harmony within you, there has to be a willingness to not believe that causality is outside you, a willingness to take responsibility for your own evenness, a willingness to stop blaming something outside that is ‘causing’ you to be agitated or upset.
Harmony is the smooth moving together of all parts of something. It can be an individual, a gr;oup, or a society, in which all parts move together without friction, accommodating and listening to each other.
