GurujiMa  |

The grieving process has a life and an intelligence of its own.  One has to be humble and respectful regarding how long it takes because the depth from which it comes is not usually known. Usually, the trauma or loss in this lifetime is known, but not the depth of its past history.

The roots of grief can go very deep. They can last for lifetimes because the soul carries a memory of the past. And so, a sense of woundedness can have a present application and a longstanding history.  The woundedness is based on an unanswered question: Why did this happen, and how can I recover from it when I feel I can’t recover from it?
