I Am Safely Held in the Unknown – A Meditation

There are some people who have great equanimity about death who are afraid of life. Life has many unknowns in it and letting go and allowing are as important in life as they are at the time of death. You do not have to control life. You do not have to be afraid of life. You are an eternal being, created in beauty, that remains the same no matter what the outcome on this plane.
