New Beginnings, Change, and the Energy of Negation

The energy of negation supports itself and supports the status quo by assuming that change is not possible, and that if something new comes into your frame of reference, instead of going forward. you back up, instead of opening, you close, instead of saying ‘thank you,’ you say “you’re criticizing me.”
Spiritual light increasing creates the possibility of more easily separating from the past, and so old habits and ways of thinking and of acting that have been deeply ingrained in you including traumas of the past, can more easily be shed. There has to be an effort on your part to become new, there has to be a belief that it is possible, and there has to be a willingness.
