Dealing with Weariness

When weariness is present, one needs to have compassion for the self who has become weary, who has reasons, usually good reasons, to feel tired. Generally, this is due to a restricted, limited situation that goes on longer than one would like. After compassion, there needs to be something that rises up, that wants to not sink into weariness as if it were all that were possible, but to elevate it.
